Matthew P. Heil, Strategic Development Consultant
Matthew Heil is the Strategic Development Consultant for BlackInk Portfolios, Inc.
Mr. Heil possesses 10 years of business and development management experience in the not-for-profit sector, including independent schools, political organizations, churches, professional groups, and a community arts center. He has played a key role in developing capital campaigns, annual funds, targeted appeals, personal solicitations, major gift requests, and grant funding solicitations for each of these organizations.
In addition, Mr. Heil has extensive experience in tax-exempt bond financing, capital construction projects and endowment building plans. In the same financial oversight capacity, he has managed the day-to-day cash operations of several non-profits and is no stranger to operational budgets, endowment policies, form 990s and the like.
